We connect customers with professionals offering services such as plumbing, electrical work, and delivery services. We also provide parcel delivery through registered delivery personnel.

User Roles

• Customers can request and pay for services.
• Service Providers must provide valid identification (Aadhaar, Driving License) to register.
• Delivery Personnel are responsible for timely and secure delivery of goods and must submit valid identification during registration.

Payments

• Customers agree to pay the fees associated with the requested services.
• Service Providers and Delivery Personnel will be paid based on completed services.
• All transactions are processed securely.

Limitations

We are not liable for delays, damage, or issues caused by third-party service providers or delivery agents.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India.
